I've been hearing that Domino's has changed up their pizza recipe recently , so I finally tried it out. I must say, its quite a change from my previous experience. I now think Domino's is by far the best chain/franchise pizza that you can buy. Everything about the pizza I had was great, but the new crust is easily the biggest change they made. Previously I thought that their crust had the qualities of sandpaper, now the crust tastes amazing. I'll definitely be getting pizza from Domino's again soon.

Japanese Kitchen is both a great restaurant and a fun experience. First, the food is delicious. I'm usually one to order a steak, the teriyaki filet, and it lives up to their statement of being one of the best steaks in Albuquerque. My steak tonight was perfectly cooked to my request, medium well. It came with an order of fried rice and shrimp, and lightly cooked vegetables. The portions are pretty big and are satisfying for the price you pay for the food. They do chicken, seafood, and veggies just as well.
Now, the fun part and what I call the 'experience'. They prepare your food right in front of you on a teppan table. I personally think it's interesting to see exactly how they take your food, cook it, and make it taste amazing. The chefs love to show off too. You'll typically find them flipping shrimp tails into their hats or shirt pockets, lighting the whole table on fire in a burst of flames and heat, or building vegetable volcanoes with onions!
In all, the food is expertly cooked and very tasty. The experience is a lot of fun for both adults and children. Definitely a great way to spend a nice evening with friends and family.
If you're into sushi, they serve some sushi at this location as well as have a dedicated sushi restaurant, Japanese Kitchen Sushi Bar, a short walk across the way.

Best Lees is in my list of hotspots for Albuquerque Chinese food. My favorite dish is the Chicken Thai Curry. They bring it out in a clay bowl that is spitting and sputtering because it's so hot. The thai curry sauce is really amazing, with the perfect amount of spice and a great flavor. They fill the bowl with chicken and a bunch of vegetables all soaking up the delicious curry sauce. If you really are a fan of the Thai curry flavor, they also have a soup based on their Thai curry sauce. To finish it all off, when you're done with dinner they give you some chocolate dipped fortune cookies, yum.
If you've never been to Best Lees for some Chinese food in Albuquerque, make it a point to drop in soon. You won't be disappointed.
